COMPANY OVERVIEW

Telegraph Engineering, LLC is a locally owned and operated Civil Engineering Consulting firm in Whatcom County, northwest Washington State. It is a Limited Liability Company; Scott D. Wenger, P.E. is the principal and sole owner.

Scott has practiced Civil Engineering in Whatcom County for over 15 years. This practice has developed strong associations with many professionals in Western Washington, and expertise from the Northwest is often included in design teams to better respond to clients' needs. Telegraph Engineering has associates in our Ferndale office - with other consulting professionals on call in Seattle and Whatcom County.

We are experienced in treatment plant feasibility studies, wastewater process analysis, and water and sewer facility design, and utility telemetry and control systems. Our specific experience with sewage lift stations, their control systems, and telemetry is especially useful for modern system design. Specialty work such as geotechnical, survey, and production drafting work is subcontracted.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

Lummi Tribal Water and Sewer District: Scott Wenger has worked with the District for over 10 years designing water and sewer facilities. We have completed design on a variety of projects involving civil engineering, design, and project management. Collection systems, sewage lift stations, water booster pumps, telemetry, and potable water facilities were typical projects.

Lummi Public Works: As the contracted engineers for the Lummi Indian Tribe, we have undertaken a variety of projects to including residential water and sewer facilities, wastewater treatment feasibility for the Northwest Indian College, and utility relocation on Lummi Shore Road.
