PERSONAL PROFILE:
Scott Wenger has over 15 years of Civil Engineering experience. For the past 11 years, his projects have been nearly exclusively to serve Northwest Tribes including the Lummi Nation, Yakama Nation, Squaxin Island Tribe, and Upper Skagit Indian Tribe.
Scott is a specialist in wastewater treatment plant upgrades, materials engineering, street and utility design, and construction management.
Water system work has included regional planning, water modeling, transmission and distribution lines, and water storage.
Telegraph Engineering LLC was formed in January, 2004 as a means of dedicating full resources to clients, principally Tribal. Engineering is offered as a participatory activity with the client involvement and ownership throughout the projects.
